I was a little nervous about getting a breast aug but, after wanted them done for so long, I finally decided to make an appointment. & by far it was the best decision EVER! I am so pleased with my results that Dr. Kramer preformed. From the beginning he took his time checking if I was a good candidate for a facelift, he explained the pros and cons of what I should expect from the facelift. This place is awe full. The front desk lady is so rude and unprofessional. I needed information about a service and she provided me with misinformation and when I confronted her about it she denied it. So unprofessional and uneducated. Would never get any services done at this facility. They just want your money they would care less about the quality of service they provide
