whoever worked night shift on July 28th(aka today) Y’all deserve the world fr 😭🫶🏽🫶🏽🥹 and if you see this, I hope that whatever you guys want to pursue in life, you go at it hard and get what you guys want cause it’s what you deserve. I’ve been going thru some personal stuff so tonight just made me feel a whole lot better <3

Ordered on the app and when we went inside they only had one of the drinks ready so we asked about the other one which was forgotten but the barista, Sara was unnecessarily rude when I asked for ice on the side and didn’t even call out the drink or give us the ice. 😞 Update: she wasn’t just having a bad day. She is just RUDE! My favorite drink is the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and it usually comes with a cup with a dome but since I ordered it without ice and extra whip they gave me the strawless lid and practically gave me a grande amount of coffee and the rest whipped cream. 2 days in a row with this rude woman is enough for me. Don’t ever wanna come back but it’s on my route so hopefully when I do, she is not our barista because I will ask to be serviced by someone else. 😔😤

This place use to be organized but now it’s just not running efficiently. I understand if they are short staffed that they need to close the lobby, but it would be more efficient to allow mobile orders to pick up inside and not have to wait in drive thru for it. Because then the mobile 5-8 minute wait turns into 15-20 minute wait in the drive thru. The Starbucks on Kendall runs more smoothly and efficiently, I recommend going there.
