I been with them for a few years now. They put other people in danger every time they pick up my trash. They leave the trash bin in the middle of the road or they put it at the edge of my driveway right were I half to pull in. I half to get out of my car in the middle of the road to move it before I can pull in. I could get hit by a car or the car could hit the trash bin causing an accident.

I work for repp and mundt. They said they would clean their porta cans every 5 days. But in reality they did it MAYBE every 7 days and on numerous occasions they went over 2 weeks without cleaning them. We are construction hands that build america. We are not animals. These things get rank after just a few days.

we got some heavy snow in the madison area, they failed to stop and pick up trash twice at our apartments. then, when the dumpster overflowed from not being dumped for two weeks, they refused to pick up anything from the ground citing a “we don’t get out of the truck” policy. well then, if they can’t handle a back up, they should come when they’re scheduled. not to mention we were charged full price and had to pay someone ELSE to come clean up trash when we already pay for their awful services. terrible customer service, even worse work ethic. we are looking forward to finding a new trash provider as we speak.

Each time I talk with someone from bestway on the phone they are rude, as if I am annoying them and they have better things to do. Not happy with the price either. I feel like its high! Currently looking to take my business elsewhere.
