BREAST CARE CENTER REVIEW. Reception was kind and helpful with all my questions. I was pulled back quickly for my appt (3D screening mammo) and the Technologist was personable and quick! She was a nice older lady from NY and made the awkward process feel like nothing. I am a Rad Tech myself so I understand what quality patient care is all about. This was a VA Community Care appointment for me and I appreciate the care I received at St. Luke's Breast Care Center. I received my results quickly on my chart!!

This review is based on the front desk and phone service. I was a little late to my appointment due to throwing up 3 times before I even got out of the house, they didn’t care and were rude about it and said i would need to reschedule. Considering I always wait in waiting room over 30 min, it seemed very unreasonable. Also one lady at front desk, is rude and ignorant. She’ll be on her computer and make you stand in line for 10-15 min! Even though all I needed was to get checked in! There was one guy who cut the line and come up to get checked in and she quickly checked him in but when I confronted her she just made me keep standing and wait. Even thought in obviously pregnant. Also if you need to call them you’ll be waiting for ever for them to answer it.

Security personnel seemed more concerned about the safety and well-being of emergency patients than the rest of the staff. Feels like the team does not have passion for their job, almost reminded me of bored fast food employees. I appreciate everyone's help but the care here is very cold and bare minimum, it felt. If you're able to, I recommend making the drive to Boise downtown's st. Luke's instead. They are very warm and go above and beyond to care for their patients. Upon reading the other reviews, it seems like the hospital is well aware of how poor their service is and has no intention of improving. You people are truly degenerate.

indeed the nampa er can assess and decide how to proceed
You have to call them.
Not sure. But I know some of the lab girls ride together.
Yes you can get your blood drawn there, if she is a St. Lukes doc then the orders will be in the system. Hours are 7am-7pm Mon-Fri and 8am-noon on Saturdays
We are unable to address patient care issues through Google. Please contact your provider. Thank you!
If it's at collections they are no longer involved. You can check your payment history showing that you have made on time payments but I don't know what they will do if a mistake was made on their part. IF they, for some reason, keep your account at St. Luke's, you can apply for financial aid with them and they might cover a portion of the bill based on income etc. It's worth a try even if you think they won't cover it.
Ask the emergency desk after 8 on weekedays and weekends, or the patient registration desk during the week
