Dr.omer has always been my kids doctor he is one of the best pediatrician I can find the only problem now is getting his front desk people to pick up phone I have tried for the last week to get in touch with someone and sat on phone for almost 3 hours which is pretty bad there no voicemail set up

I had a surgery scheduled for months, and 2 days beforehand they cancelled it due to the fact I had covid 1 1/2 weeks prior and was testing back negative. They pulled the rug out from under me with "reinstated covid rules" DAYS BEFORE IM SUPPOSED TO COME IN! So now I am left with their mess and I have to redo my PTO with work, wait for a new surgery when I've already waited MONTHS and go through pre-op and everything! I am so overly frustrated with Saltzer and everyone freaking out about covid like this. I can't believe that it was cancelled on me 2 days prior. So frustrating.

You are not talking to Saltzer Clinic, you are talking to a person who goes to the clinic as needed.

The doctor will send a request to your previous doctor. Make sure you go over your records with the new doctor. When records are sent it's been our experience much is left out
