Once an explosion of "wow", this place is slowly turning into a run-of-the-mill Michigan garden center and gift shop. Simply selling off the unique glass and metal art inventory of the old owners and replacing the stock with baskets, cheaply painted metal garden art and rocks. While first time customers may be enchanted, local residents do note these changes and observations. I shared my personal observation on FB, the new owners quickly banned me from their FB page and wrote the following: "If there is something specific that you are looking for, we would appreciate you letting us know how we can accommodate you instead of just providing negative comments on social media. We are trying our hardest and learning as we go to make this store a special place for everyone." Since my general, personal observation and constructive criticism is not welcomed, I conclude that my business, and that of family and friends, is no longer welcomed either. We were repeated, valued customers over the years. We are no longer.
