Sorry I do not know.I was there for a wedding.
They brought in heaters for my nieces wedding so nope not heated
No the Barn is not air conditioned. We do have two large fans to help if there is not the usual cool breeze coming off the Bay. There are local rental companies (Monstrey-McDonald for one) that rent additional fans.
