I would give it a 5 but nothing is perfect. Just like any place... This clinic has trash.Specifically some counselors and Nurses)staff. Other than that, they're willing to work with you.

Worst place do not go here go across the street. I have been here 3 years 2 months and I have had zero dirty tests and I missed one call back that I say is a lie cause there is no record of it and they took away my medicine. Also so you guys know I have 2 kids and work 85 hours a week and they still did this to me. No respect here. Don’t come here from one addict to another save yourself go across the street

Drs nice, front desk staff are very helpful and friendly, dose nurses are prompt, friendly! Clean areas! Most counselors are nice, up to date on addiction issues,a few can be short with patients, ! My second year clean and sober, proud but do feel some staff could be nicer to people! After all we're all human! Some have addiction problems!

Please don't waste your time this clinic is trash they have a doctor only 2 days out of the week which means you won't get a dose adjustment until the doctor shows up smdh ...I also seen the nurses are rude and look down at ppl who have an addiction problem this dumb clinic has 3 receptionist but only one nurse to dose ugh ...I'm only writing this review to save you the headaches...I have good news I transferred today ,and I wouldn't want it any other way I hope they get new management or closed down .
