They are truly good people and I really have had a lot of help from them over the years but since covid has hit the country there are quality of care has dramatically dropped. There's never any soap in the bathrooms. It's hard to get access to a restroom especially if you're handicapped. They hardly have any accommodations for handicapped person. Parking is a nightmare.

Staffing is phenomenal..However there hour's of operation are too narrow..

Everything is great except despencing standing in line for hour hour and half .I don't understand only have one window open. Need to hire more nurse to despence meds.

I've been calling around this morning trying to find places that would allow me to guest dose while I'm in from out of state on family business. This is the only clinic I've talked to while had someone who answered the phone virtually at all, much less in a coherent fashion, knew what she was talking about, had all of the information on how to get started on a temporary basis, & didn't give me any run around or transfer me anywhere. She (Margot, I believe) was incredibly nice, knew her sh*t, & didn't have to ask someone else how to do her job (while other clinics had only maybes or "I'm not sure" or "there's no guarantees" while they transferred me to other people to do their jobs). I'm looking forward to coming here & being able to receive treatment with no hassle from kind people ♡
