(I come here for getting blood labs) - close by, easy to get to, wheelchair parking and entrance, clean, friendly staff that are knowledgeable, good at their jobs, public bathrooms are nice. Sometimes it takes awhile to get in the back but it's better in the mornings/early afternoons.

They sit on the phone and advertise on a sign inside their office that they are open until 4 o'clock.. I got there at 10 minutes to 4 and they said nope we closed at 3:30. They are rude and don't care about their patients and are stressed. I guess that's what getting the covet shot does to you!

don’t waste your time or money here might as well take a trip to a boise hospital because these people don’t care for you. I came in with concerns and they ignored the concerns and tested for everything but what I came in for

I had an appointment scheduled Dec 2 at 8:40 am for a simple follow up with blood pressure, comparing my unit with ste als at the nursing station. The first problem was check in with a new male ( looked new) at booth #1 far right. He would make you stand their until he had time to check you. Gave me the opinion he thought he was god and we were not good enough to talk to. This guy should be given additional training in customer service. My doctor, Dr Weiss stated this would be an in and out appointment since it was with the nursing staff. Two hours later no communication with any of the staff. I went back up to talk with the young man and he had the same attitude. Just walked out. Tried calling the office and left messages for Dr Weiss asking if he would just like me to drop my unit off. No response to this date, no even sure the person I left the message with passed it on.
