Ordered 2 steak and cheese papadias both with extra steak. I picked up the order and drove 40 minutes home ready to dive in when i opened the boxes I was so angry, there was way less steak on each than the original papadia, I called and complained and the manager argued and said he made them so he knows they had at least the original amount of steak below are the pictures lol (he did offer free replacements next time) but this is sad 7 pieces of steak total on 1 and 5 pieces and crumbles on the second.

Bad customer service at Carl T Jones location. The manager hung up the phone on me because she got frustrated that their corporate website had the wrong city for my street address and wanted to cancel and run my credit card again. This was not my fault, clearly an issue with their address system. What type of manager hangs up the phone on a customer because they don't want to deal with the situation? Stick to Domino's!

I am very disappointed! Our order went out for delivery at 5:09 , on the pizza tracker the driver passed our road several times . The order did not arrive until 6:00 Our pizza was cold , I called the store sat on hold for 15 minutes just to have someone at a call center transfer me to the main store to be immediately put on hold again. You guys need to do better, food is too expensive for this to be happening.

Charges you for a large 14 inch pizza but then gives you a 12 inch pizza in a large box. Didn't have enough food to go around because of this.
