Kai Kozume!
1 star. my grandma has dementia and just had surgery after she broker her hip and had to have a metal rod down her leg. the people that work there do not care at all. she was only sent there 8 hours ago and shes already fallen. we have told them over and over again that she has dementia and cant comprehend the things that they tell her cause she'll forget right after there done talking. they suggested to put foam around the bed but she'll probably trip on it. unbelievable.

DO NOT send your loved ones here. The absolute worst, I would give 0 stars. The staff does not care about their patients at all!!! If you have to send your loved ones here, get them transferred ASAP to another facility when there is another opening. A family member was here and lost weight/got very weak/had the bare minimum physical therapy and no one cared. This place needs to be shut down immediately! I don’t understand how they are still in business.

From the time my son entered there till he passed(which never should’ve happened) was horrible. His needs were not met at all, the only good thing there was the PT team, but they couldn’t completely do their job because of lack of equipment. I would never ever put a loved one in that place, ever.

No, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! Unfortunately, my mom was just there recently about a week or so ago and we so regret it badly. First of all they are understaffed. If they are understaffed you will not be able to get the service is completely that you need. They have you on hold forever and many times your calls are not answering you have to keep on call me back over and over. The last two days of her stay there my brother and I kept on telling the nurses that are mother did not sound very well she did not sound good. There’s always came back and told us the opposite oh she’s OK she’s all right. We kept on insisting now we know where mother she does not sound good. Later on that evening we get a call and told us that she is being transported back to the hospital by ambulance because she was not feeling good. I don’t know how many times we told them that and they wouldn’t listen to us. She didn’t have covid when went there and after leaving there she is covid positive!!
