i have nothing nice to say about Salas Brothers my husband paid for his cremation and services but my husbands will was made to his oldest son. The children said we don't want services so i had to 560.00 to say goodbye the daughter brought me his supposed remains and i asked the mortuary if they could confirm what was sent to me and they refused. They did not answer my calls so I went there. The doors were locked and there were people that had a scheduled viewing to see there loved one they flew in from Florida and needed to get back. I said I was sorry because it was probably my phone calls that they locked the doors. My husband just died and his children are not kind. I just wanted them to say or how they give remains and i threatened to go to another place if they would not verify their product. They hung up on me again. Now i am not a mean person, i was just at a loss. In the end they did not stand behind there promise and still just wanted more money. I don't recommend them. I went to Franklin @Doms and they were very caring and told me what I already knew but needed someone to state what I believe. The lady who addressed me was Kristi Ah You and the directer came and saw me also. they were very kind, its what I expected. If you loose someone don't go to salas brothers go to Franklin's they care.

I just want to thank salas brothers for the excellent service my sister and brother in law received, on the unexpected death of my nephew, there was no high pressure sales person trying to take advantage of them, they had compation, and listened to my sisters request. So thank you John and staff for everything ❤️ 🙏

1 star is to much for this funeral service. When they picked up my mother-in law who passed away the service was ok. Then I had to call multiple times to to speak with the director to make the funeral arrangements, and felt like I was getting the run around with the person who answers the phone. If I would have known the service would be so bad I would have gone some where else. I would not recommend them.

Salas Brothers buried my baby in 1996, Mt mother in 2014. My brother in 2016 than cremated my father in 2017. They were amazing. I felt comforted and made these events less stressful.
