If you’re thinking of bringing your dog here, think TWICE. Let me tell you the story that just happened to me… so I bring my dog for a CS and when it’s time to pick up our puppies they give us them in a box all COLD, two in a box having trouble breathing which they didn’t tell us about, one of our puppies had a cut on her face, a cut on top of her head and had her skin peeled on her back which they also did not tell us about. The doctor only came to our car to charge us, she didn’t give us any instructions for anything and just left inside. The assistants was also rude, just handed me the puppies and said absolutely NOTHING.

I used to recommend this vet to everyone after I took my boy here even though he passed, I believed he got the best attention while he stayed for a couple weeks. Just last week I tried calling to set up an appointment with my new cat after I finally moved forward with my life after tragically losing my boy 8 months ago. Well when I called they tried telling me I had an unpaid balance from my deceased cat. This was after thousands of dollars spent, this was after I asked multiple times after receiving his dead body if there was anything left to cover and was told multiple times no. This phonecall was like reopening a deep wound I had just recovered from. I missed his passing trying to make the money, I had the remaining balance available when he died but was told it was balanced, and used the money to handle his death expenses including his cremation mdont bring any of your pets here unless you want to deal with a second heart break months after they pass, and that's after I thought so and talked so highly of this vet service. I won't be coming back here again
