Is the second time I place a order using the app, pick the option "pick up in store" and when I get there the door is locked with a sign saying "drive thru only". Wouldn't have ordered ahead on ap had I known!! Contacted Starbucks customer service and they gave me a refund and told me they contacted the manager of the store to address my concerns to the manager. Hopefully this won't happen again.

Quick service with a smile, even when they’re training, busy, or understaffed. I ordered a discontinued item this morning and was told at the window I’d have to choose an alternative, but they went out of their way and surprised me with the drink I’d originally wanted! This is just how this store operates— Always great. :)
