Inconsistency is the one thing you can count on. Sometimes the food and service is great, or it may suck. Depends on the staff working any particular night but if you want consistency, go somewhere else.

Ordered the fish and chips a $20 (pretty pricey for fish and chip to begin with) got an over breaded maybe 6 oz piece of haddock. This is a dinner entree. I would expect an actual meal not a light lunch for $20. No beer menu for the dining area? I have to get up and go look at the board? I wasn't the only one that had to do this. 2 other tables had to get up and go look at the chalkboard beer menu in another room. I get that times are tough but this was a little much. I've given this establishment a few chances over the years and this was just the last time I'll be coming here. Hopefully someone else has a better experience than I did.

Second day in a row here. Yesterday the chowder as it was cold and rainy. It was the perfect bowl to warm my soul. Today the baked haddock. The lunch portion was perfect, cooked perfectly and so nice with rice and broccoli. This will be my only meal of the day and I could not be happier.

Good food but too loud!! This used to be a good place to eat but not worth it if you actually want to hear the person you are dining with. It's too bad because I used to go here almost every week. I like the staff and the food, but it's not an enjoyable experience. 5 stars if they can do something with the acoustics.
