WOW! Just WOW! This place was phenomenal! It’s definitely worth the wait and the vibes are just awesome! First-The location is off on a side street across from a small park. It s a small location. Maybe 20-25 tables and a small bar, but the vibes and decor are great. It’s got a quirky feel to it and it was busy!! On a Monday morning it was still an hour wait! But it was well worth the wait. The staff was really nice! Our server Jensen was great. Knowledgeable and attentive. Made the experience even better! Second-The food! My god is it good! I ALWAYS try eggs Benedict and this one was one of my favorite. The portions were perfect. The English muffin was thick and and the ham and eggs were cooked perfectly. I do over easy eggs and I just loved it. The hollandaise sauce had a small spice to it and I definitely recommend it! My wife got the hash quiche which she loved! I really like how they did the “crust” as a hash brown! Really unique and just a great idea! I HIGHLY recommend this place! It’s a must try!

The Irish Bennie was delicious! Loved everything about this place. Went for breakfast on a Thursday around 9:30am and the place was pretty busy for a normal weekday by 10am. Would definitely come back the next time I'm in Boston.

We had a nice, attentive, helpful server and really enjoyed our orders - a monster breakfast (that was checked and literally flagged for my dairy allergy), a appetizer sampler, and a salad. I love the decor and mix of music. They were busy on a Monday for brunch, so there was a longer wait than I had hoped for, but that seemed like our luck with timing. I hadn't been to this Friendly Toast location before, or any location in roughly 10 years. I had fond memories of previous visits. Today did not disappoint!

Pretty good spot with good service. They didn’t open exactly when they said they would - a small line formed outside until they let us in at 8:10am. I got the chicken and waffles and one piece of the French toast. Both items were good but …

Last place you want to go to shed some Lb's....lol
Pets are allowed on the patio. Formal trained service dog are allowed inside l. Emotional support dog is not legally considered A service dog and would only be allowed to sit on the patio.
Street parking: not great. However, there is the Back Bay station garage and the Clarendon street garage, so parking is available there. Must pay at both garages. Best way to get here is by public transportation
Sorry, I was there last month.
I felt very safe here. Tables were socially distanced and clean. Patrons are asked to wear masks unless eating or drinking. Food is amazing!
Sorry nit sure what you mean by "liquid" French toast personally I like their eggs bensdict.
That's a fun question. Want me to order for you and ship it?
Remember to move your car when the time is up- tickets for staying past the time on the sign (usually 2 hours)
I think 7 on weekdays and 8 on sundays
Always call ahead. Especially if you have a party bigger than 8
Some of the food is vegetarian, some is vegan. The plant breakfast sausage has egg white in it. The wait-person will tell you item by item, as needed. Try the vegan pancakes.
