My mom and I stopped in for a late lunch on a summer Saturday. We both ordered beers which were above average (I love a sour and she likes hazy ipas). The ambience is like most brew pubs…casual, dark decor, with plenty of seating. The menu, however, is paired horribly with this type of establishment. It feels more like they are trying to be fine dining with one or two options that resemble what you would envision for pub food. I decided to try something new and ordered the fluke (a special). 4 bites later, I was completely done with my meal - which was $17. There was no indication this was a “small plate” and again, this is a casual place for beers, so receiving a bowl of what looked like oatmeal for my meal caught me off guard. I would recommend going BUT only for the beer and not the food. There were many large groups and families at the brewery that were not eating food…probably because the food is not curated for the type of people that come inside. It doesn’t make sense when visiting and the food is clearly not worth the price. Pick a lane for your vibe and menu! Again, good beer. Menu doesn’t cut it.

What was supposed to be a quick stop in for a beer turned into and afternoon of taste testing everything delicious. Spon #1 absolutely hooked me in to this place. Paired with great oysters and plenty of variety in beers made for a wonderful visit. Loved the location and atmosphere. Servers and hosts were super friendly, bathrooms and dining areas were very clean, and merchandise is full of soft high quality shirts.

Amazing brewery in the heart of the city. The servers, waitress were very friendly and service was quick. They gave great varieties of beers, larger, ipa, sour beers etc. It's very crowded on weekend so do make a reservation and go before have. They have some snack food like fries, potatoes and mixed nuts. We loved all the beers.. they are freshly brewed and comes in good quantity. Recommend this place for beer lovers🍺🍻

We visited Trillium with a party of five on a Saturday night. We were able to get a table with no problem. The two host were very nice and helpful. The PM DAWN was amazing. The single and double IPA’s we’re very good. They have an awesome selection of brews, I wish I could have tasted them all lol. My wife really liked the passion fruit Weiss. I’ve been to a lot of breweries and this by far the best one.The food was very good as well, we ordered the chicken sandwich, cheeseburger, mussels, and clam chowder, everything was cooked perfectly and tasted excellent. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The atmosphere was very nice and comfortable. The place is immaculate. The take out menu is great too.I suggest parking in the parking garage around the corner. This is the best brewery on the east coast and a must visit if your in town.

It's a full service restaurant with a retail counter at the Thompson place location. Downstairs is the more typical taproom area. Yes, children are permitted. No dogs at this location though since it's a full restaurant.

Dogs are not permitted in any restaurant in the U.S.A. except service dogs
There is just about zero parking available all throughout Boston, best way is to take the T-Train right into Boston, if you're going to be staying outside of the city, and walk/Uber around. If you happen to stop at Trillium in Canton (about 30-40 minutes outside of Boston) they have plenty of parking at that location.
That's the logo for a beer they make called storrowed, in honor of the frequent occurrence of moving trucks getting stuck under the bridge on storrow drive lol
Yes. I did that all the time for variety of cans.
