Just tried to call this place, no answer, checked the map and we were a minute away. Went in, there were 3 women sitting at the counter in front of the phone doing nothing. The smell inside was horrendous and wreaked of animal neglect. They only deal with cats. Do not donate to this establishment as they are obviously not adhering to basic regulations in regards to the animals and cleanliness. Thank you for taking the time to read this honest review.

I purchased a kitten from Pet Haven wednesday, July 20th. Thursday am she is sneezing profusely, and then it is a bloody sneeze. She has been to my vet twice in nine days, for a total of $200 plus. She has a virus that could have been prevented. My vet said that they see alot of cats coming in from Pet Haven as they do not have all their shots. My kitten had one shot and no boosters. This virus is very contagious and not easily gotten over. I am very angry at the care she did not receive and would like to speak to the vet that they are supposedly working with!!! I was also told that she didn't need any shots for a year, which is a total lie!!!

Seems a little unprofessional in there.Cats pee all over place.They don't listen to lungs or heart when they do checks ups w/kittens. They look at the kittens real quick.They did give a dewormer but they used a medicine dropper & put it back into the bottle so I am assuming that they reuse it on other kittens & cats w/out cleaning it first, but I don't know if they disinfect it when you leave the office.They do seem pretty efficient w/giving vaccines & looking in their mouths to check teeth & gums.They were all exceptionally nice & helpful.Every person there was friendly & wanted to do what they could to help
