Slowest service for “fast food” I’ve ever received. I had people waiting for me in the parking lot and all I ordered was a single cheeseburger and I stood there for a good 15 minutes easy. Also staff was rude and disinterested during the whole experience. And this is one of the fast food chains that now asks for tips awkwardly every time you check out, even though their service is just as bad as any other fast food restaurants. I definitely do not recommend this location though Burgerville as a whole is great.

My online order got picked up by someone else by mistake. The counter server was able to get my turkey burger remade quickly. They are always nice and patient. Good food too!

Nice, quick burger fix, very tasty with the fries w/ flaked salt & the halibut sandwich is a great option. Do I even need to mention the milkshakes? Yum!
