We had the strawberry and hazelnut-chocolate shakes. I had the original burger and my hubby had the colossal burger. That was a very nice dinner while we were at the laundromat.

I used the drive-thru. I ordered a chicken strip basket and a chicken sandwich. The order came up pretty fast considering there were 4 cars ahead of me. The chicken tenders were okay and I only had a few fries (Iforgot to ask for sweet potato fries! Grrrrr!). But let me tell ya - that chicken sandwich was AMAZIMG! Much more than I could ever expected! They decked it out with all kinds of flavors, including fresh cut onions and sauce. I was pleasantly shocked! I was only visiting Portland, OR. Otherwise I would go here often. And their shakes are to DIE for! Enjoy!

I have been stuck in this drive-thru for 35 minutes so far. 35 minutes. There were only 5 cars in front of me. If I could escape this line, I would but alas... I can't. I'm stuck here, in my car, questioning my life's choices. Especially the ones that brought me to this god-forsaken drive-thru in the first place. Burgerville is always tasty... but is it "$15 for a drive-thru burger and fries that has now has kept me hostage for 37 minutes tasy"? I don't think so. This particular Burgerville is always taken forever, but this is crazy. I am now waiting at the window because they are confused which order is mine. "You were the bacon cheeseburger and fries right?" FML I was about 45 minutes ago... now I am "I just want my 45 minutes back." P.S. please fix the flashing light in the drive thru.Someone is going to have a seizure sitting under a strob light for 45 minutes.

Going to give them another chance… However, quality of the food that made Burgerville so great has been compromised by placing meat in a warmer. They use to have the best “hot” cheeseburger.Thanks for letting us know, Dre. We're sorry to hear that your food wasn't a hit. Sounds like there's room for improvement and we'll get on it. We hope you'll swing by our Portland restaurant again and give us another chance to do better.
