I got the vegi burger. They had my order, told me my order at the window then told me it would be a while and to park out front to get my order. Then they said they didn’t put my order in the system when they gave me my burger after about 15 minutes. Everything felt off and I didn’t feel comfortable eating my burger honestly. Staff seemed nice, but I think some things needed to be explained that weren’t. Hard fail bros

We waited for almost 15 minutes in the drive through and never received our order. I went into the restaurant to find out what the hold up was and the “manager” informed me that I just had to wait. I told her that she should have let everyone know that there was going to be a delay. Instead, she took it upon herself to refund me and so, after all of the waiting, I did not even get my food. Really bad customer service.

Got my drink with no straw, and took 8 mins to get my order of hamburger and fries. With no hey we are working on such and such. Worker just stood with the window closed. Really promoting tips with signs and big buttons on card machines. Food tasted real good.

Had no problems with my order. The shakes are always good because they are extra cold, so they don't melt fast and the flavors are better than other fast food chains in my opinion.
