First time I've been to the location. I've used the iWash pickup and delivery service once before, cause I had just moved here. I had very limited time, and that's why I used the service. The pickup service went excellent, and exactly what I needed. I went to the location this time in order to save a bit of money even though I thought the price of the pickup service was very fair. The place was not busy at all when I went 6:00pm - 7:45pm on a Wednesday. There was a lady there that ran it along with doing the pickup service. She was friendly, and helpful. I didn't see any sign for the amount of time the dryers ran per the price, and she was able to quickly check a sign in her office for the information. The place looked very clean, and only had 2 dryers that were out of service. They both had signs on them explaining that the heat was not working in them currently. I believe that is totally acceptable. Machines need maintenance time to time, and there were many others to choose from for use.

Small but clean and helpful staff. Working machines. I don't have to goto a laundromat often but this was close and convenient.

This place has gone down hill rapidly since ownership changed hands earlier in the year. Place was extremely clean before. Not anymore. All the vending machines have been removed. I washed a nice Cubs jersey in the washer and it came out with black grease on it.Eric, I apologize for the laundromat’s state right now. I decided to stay open during renovations, for customers with little or no other options. In a month, you won’t recognize the place. Hope you give us another shot! Thanks, Brent
