Literally the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. Half the screens are broken/unusable. After you press the red button, drive home and watch all three extended LOTR movies, then drive back and MAYBE they’ll take your order by then.

It took about 15min just for someone to take our order. Several stalls were closed and screens didn’t work. Then waited another 20min for our drinks and shakes. It was definitely not busy. Maybe they’re severely understaffed? When we got our drinks they tried to give us burgers we had not ordered. Also, instead of shakes they brought us ice cream. Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. Bathroom was locked with no one in it.

The day shift at this location seems to be nice. But the night shift, horrible. Tried to take my daughter for a milkshake tonight and they took my order. Well after waiting for it for 35-40 minutes i finally gave up and left. There was only like 3 cars there besides mine. I work in restaurants so i try to be patient but its like they just ignored my order. This isnt my first time being ignored by this staff either. Guess i should have known better and just gone to Dairy Queen. Next time i will.

Food was fresh and hot, the carhop was really nice, but the hamburger is different from what they use to have it tasted funny it was not the real beef they use to use, it tasted like soybean patties or something I couldn't eat it
