Waited over 2 hours with no follow-up. There is no urgency about this urgent care. Mind you “there were 2 patients in front of us” I probably could have been seen faster at a busy ER

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SPORTS PHYSICAL. ..GO 7 MIN AWAY TO LINCOLN URGENT CARE Spent 15 minutes filling out redundant paperwork only for them to tell me it will cost $100 Drove 7 minutes to Lincoln urgent care filled out info on iPad within 5 and seen 5 min after that

This Urgent Care violates EMTALA. In the past I have gone here- the doctor is great and there is X-ray capability. My insurance coverage has changed but this is urgent care and the law states you can go anywhere for true urgent and emergent reasons. my daughter had a possible break in her hand, we wanted to get it checked out without going too far from home. I took her here as I use to do. Patients with Sutter insurance are told to call the insurance and obtain authorization for urgent care service. I did this even though this is not truest needed- the Sutter representative stated I absolutely did not need auth and called the urgent care. The staff hung up on the Sutter rep. The Sutter rep called back and spoke to a supervisor and told that supervisor no auth is needed. The receptionist asked what we were there for- I stated my daughter may have broken her hand and we needed an X-ray. The receptionist said we don’t have X-ray. I said you do, and it’s in the room straight back. Then she said well, we don’t have an X-ray tech. Then said the Sutter insurance is not excepted. Per EMTELA law NO auth is needed and you don’t have to accept my insurance- it’s urgent- I have to be seen and insurance will pay for it. This urgent care’s front staff needs to be trained. The office should be under investigation for EMTALA violation. I will not go here again and others should be aware of the violations of the urgent care.

I am here now I traveled all the way from Sacramento. The phone was busy all the way here I get here and nobody is on the phone. And I got shot to voicemail it was saying that the voice mailbox is full. Not very good business practice if you ask me
It's only because of covid-19. Usually they stick to their working hours.
They never do. After left went pharmacist had question it took hour or get a hold them. Plus md stat over charged me. Bought attention never got bk b careful
