Parking lot is really bad. Jewelry repair guy refused to replace a stone in my ring unless I first pay him $620 to tighten up the rest of the smaller stones. This is so ridiculous. I would give zero stars if I could.

Good morning Bob, we work on all types of watches and our expertise is on wind up and automatic watches. We are open ‘Monday- Saturday 10-4 but our watch maker is there Monday- Thursday. You can bring it then and talk to our watch maker or drop it off Friday, Saturday and he calls you back by Tuesday to go over his evaluation. Thank you for reaching out.
