Since propane companies do not advertise their current prices, I'm compelled to call for a price before requesting a delivery. this time, I was quoted $2.49 and I agreed. The deliverer filled my tank, left NO receipt and was later billed $3.09/gal., requiring me to call and complain. The issue was resolved, but wish that Ferrellgas would allow customers to log into their site to view current prices. We have a 500-gal tank, and small differences in price quickly add up.

Tried to visit yesterday. The Bend Oregon branch is not currently open at all, called corporate and they confirmed they will be closed in Bend indefinitely. Edit: 2 weeks later and these corporate geniuses are still completely closed, and sharing on their public google profile that " we are trying to find the best way to let people know" IT IS BY UPDATING YOUR GOOGLE TO ACCURATELY REFLECT IF YOUR BUISINESS IS OPEN. Ferrellgas, no one cares if you are open or not just be honest about if your business is open and available for helping customers, at a specific location, and I wouldn't be here, annoyed that you are still advertising being open for 24 hours in the day at a location that has been closed to service.

Did you specifically ask that it be removed from the account. Stoping these things is not asking to take the card off file

What does it cost to recertify 7gal tank?

I'm pretty sure they just switch out the old tank and give you a new, recerted one. You get a better price when you do it as opposed to buying a new tank. I don't remember how much it cost though
