Barista running the drive thru window seemed impatient and in a rush. I ordered my regular Grande Americano as i do in any Starbucks and i confirmed with the barista that the order was correct. When I received it, it wasn't hot, it was watered down, too sweet, and more half and half and water than espresso. I went back through the drive thru and instead of taking a moment to listen to the issue, it seems like she got offended and upset because I asked if she could remake my drink. I told her i always order this at any starbuks and this is not how an Americano tastes. I know what it tastes like. She continued to disregard what i said, and after i raised my voice she offered to remake it in less than a minute. Now, my drink tasted worse. It tasted like warm water with a splash of half and half and Splenda. I would not recommend coming to the Bishop Starbuks as employees seem to not listen, and be careless of how they serve their drinks. Definitely stop into another Starbucks in town if theirs any or wait until you travel to mammoth or any other outside town.

Accidentally left my purse with, yes, even the kitchen sink, on patio chair. Employees retrieved and protected it. I was 5 hours and 278 miles away when I realized it. Returned the following day and am ever so grateful. Loved the almondil,,chocolate, espresso shake with hot egg wrap! Really sweet employees!

On a pretty slow day even with 8 people on staff it took 2 hours for them to finish cleaning the bathroom enough to let us use it. The floor was apparently drying (although it wasn't wet anyways) and they'd blocked in off with boxes and buckets and a trash can while traveller after traveller came to use the bathroom.

I think your safest bet would be to go online to your Starbucks account, go to Card Management and transfer your balance to a new card.
