All the volunteers are very knowledgeable, and so friendly. We really learned a lot. You can spend a few minutes or a few hours. Beautiful old building too

Its free and plenty to see. If you want to learn the history of the whole county from Pacheco pass to the motherlode. Check this museum. 2 floors and 15 rooms to explore.

The Merced County Courthouse Museum is an amazing and interesting place to visit. The staff are very nice & helpful. I love working here. Must go to for anyone. The exhibit room changes every few months. Lots of interesting things to see!

Hiya! I've a book that has the entirety of history logged: from as far back to native insights and the name "Merced" coming to be, to agricultural advances much later made. Alongside every other major form of growth imo. I'd loved to share the knowledge if you're still interested!
No address, but he thinks it's possible. I have a picture of it somewhere. I'll post it when I find it. Thank you!
I don't see any ghost but you do feel a presents when you're going upstairs and my daughter was scared going down downstairs, So we left the courthouse.
