I had to rent cars from them off and on for 4 months. The Auburn office was stellar. They took excellent care of me throughout the process. The other insurance company tried to screw me over on fees & Don caught it and made it right. I have rented cars many times from them over the years and I they have always taken excellent care of me. Could not ask for better service.

Customer interaction = 5 star Vehicle preparedness =1 star Vehicle safety inspection = 1 This branch had a two week notice that through our insurance we would be picking up the vehicle at a certain time on a certain date. They were not ready, the vehicle that we asked for was not there,and the one they gave us was not ready. Though they were kind and polite, the vehicle had missed matched tires and a vibration in the right rear. Because my wife was driving the first 400 miles and didn’t mention it to me. I didn’t find out about the pulling to the right and the vibration until half way across Nevada when I started driving. I checked out the right rear tire, which had a large split in it near the rim itself and mismatch front tires causing the pull. Speed limit across Northern Nevada is 80 mph, if you have a blow out at that speed, chances are the vehicle will roll for a quarter mile! We made it to Idaho Falls, and went to the local Enterprise, and they couldn’t do anything for us, so they sent us to Rexburg Idaho, to be continued…….second time around is greatly improved customer service 5 star, safely of vehicle 5 star, quality of vehicle 5 star, lower mileage, gas save, I have to give a shout out to the Auburn Ca, Enterprise for taking great care of my needs since youngest son had a medical emergency down south, and I really didn’t need to worry about anything else. Great job Auburn Ca Enterprise!
