Being completely new to California and to the beautiful city of Folsom , getting an apartment from Dallas was quite a task for me. But thanks to the Leasing staff of Sherwood at Iron pointe apartments , particularly Ed and Brittany , made this move very smooth and stress free for me . Everything from quick response time, signing of contracts and key handover Ed was very welcoming and accommodative . He still continues to be very helpful and supportive to any and all requests making my stay here more hazels free . I am not the person who takes time to leave a review so easily . But for once was very impressed with the best customer service I ever had in renting that it deserves everything from thumbs up , a good review and a GREAT THANKs !!! 🙏.

One and Two Bedrooms Apartments at Sherwood come with a minimum of one reserved parking space being a garage, or covered carport. Our three bedroom apartments include two car attached garage. Our community also offers uncovered spaces for visitor parking.
Sherwood Apartments is a pet friendly community. Residents may have up to two pets in their household weighing not more than 35 lbs per pet when fully grown. We do have breed restrictions, please contact our office for further information.
