Large noise in bedroom. Be ready to live in the living room. The air conditioner box is exactly near your bedroom window. Posting this in 5 am and just decided to move my bed to living room. The big window makes it feel the same as outside, larger sound than most of the Intel labs. Whenever it starts I wake up. Not sleep well since my neighbor starts to use air conditioner. Service and community good so far. 5 star for other season, 1 star for summer

Beware if you decide to get a 3 bedroom or live in a 2nd story here!! I lived in a 3 bedroom unit apartment 2821 to be exact. Which unfortunately was an upstairs unit and had neighbors for 6 months who never complained. Then this awful young couple moved in and literally complained on us for living in our apartment, they literally started to complain on us as soon as they moved in. We were definitely discriminated against for being a family of 5 and living in an upstairs unit. We reached out to the apartment manager Christina and to Sequoia only to be ignored. The manager has no conflict resolution skills. Our neighbor was excessively complaining on us about everything during regular hours. We even tried giving the neighbor our cell number and invited them to knock on our door but they never tried. They just kept running to the office and the manager assumed we were being loud because we were a family with school aged kids. The apartments management team just kept giving us warnings and threats with no regards to our side. Most of the complaints were reported durning non quiet hours. They even told me that I was talking to loud on the phone around 7pm you have to be kidding me! We were harassed and discriminated against. Just be careful because if you move in a 2nd story and your neighbors decide to complain I am not sure if they will completely ignore your side too! Really was a horrible situation when you know your not doing anything excessive and you just keep getting complained on literally for just walking around your unit. The worst living experience I have ever encountered.

We love Iron Point apartments! We looked at so many apartments in the area, but as soon as we walked into the complex, we could sense that Iron Point is a welcoming, family-centered place! The leasing consultants, especially Alesha is so nice! She goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. She responds to any issues instantly. At one point we needed help with our car and one of the gentleman’s from maintenance went out of his way to help us. Additionally, we love that Iron Points throws various events throughout the year to promote a sense of community- such as movie nights. We highly recommend Iron Point! We feel safe and part of the community.
