I work in food service and walk into restaurants knowing I’ll tip the staff 30% unless something goes wrong. This is one of those instances. Myself and 2 others sat down, ordered drinks and cheese and guacamole. There was one other table in the restaurant at the time. Our drinks came but I had to ask a 2nd time for the cheese and a 3rd time for the guacamole. Our server forgot about us and guests who came 10-15 minutes after us got their orders taken before we did and we finally had to flag our server down to order. The food/rice and beans sides came out staggered so that our sides were cold by the time the entrees were done. The guacamole finally came after the main meal. We asked for boxes for leftovers and they were all tiny and couldn’t really hold the leftovers we had so we each left with 2-3 small boxes. We had to flag down a server again for our check. When I brought up that I was a little unhappy with the experience to our server, she just laughed. To note - we were all kind, respectful and polite and there was no reason the service should have been so bad. It’s a shame because the food was delicious and I’d love to come back when I swing through town, but I never will again.

I've tried other Mexican restaurants but none can compare to Los 3 Amigos. Been eating here every Saturday for the last 13 years and never have i had a bad meal. Love this place and the staff.

Such a great experience, I been going to this restaurant since I have memory. All the waitresses are really sweet and gave us a great service. Now they open a new location next to Walmart on Exit 114 which is really good also!!! 😌✌🏻

Burnt and charred to a crisp. Got my order wrong twice. But on the contrary, Margarita 1 was perfect. Margarita 2... was lime juice only. They charged me for the messed up plate as well. Would not really recommend. Also no manager present. Tortillas had mold.
