Terrible experience trusting enough to browse this place, expecting courtesy in return generally speaking. A young blond woman aggressively pushed past me in a cramped aisle and I almost got hurt. Say Excuse Me or go the other way. Then the cashier talked down to me. Avoid this store, especially when it's busy. We felt unsafe and harmed, truly, with such uncivilized shoppers and if I wasn't so tolerant there could have been an argument. Not worth the bad experience no polite person deserves.

This location is okay. I have found some good deals but it's extremely unorganized and messy.

Two stars for the variety/selection. Employees are always unhappy and rude like the one tonight who kicked us out 5 minutes early and when I said "You close at 7:55?" He said " Well I have to get out of here." He said loudly to everyone "If you have something go to the register and if you don't then leave and come back tomorrow morning." Middle aged skinny white guy with curly blonde hair receding hairline. Learn some customer service.

Now that the Asian management is gone, the store has gotten worse! People come to buy for everything and have friendly interaction! The last 4 time’s I went to Simi Valley location, thing’s were broken by consumers because the product is stacked unreasonably! And just to get it out fast! The store is a mess! There’s no one in charge and the employees don’t care if merchandise is broken and we all know why! The Asian lady cared! Knew people! Now, something gets broken by a consumer every time I visit! They have no care about how thing’s are on shelf’s! Tonight 2 things were broken as people were shopping! Not the consumers fault but the employees aren’t arranging thing’s justify stacking everything on top of everything ! Glass and cookware and wood and frames all on top of each other! So sad!
