Fair oaks library is a favorite of mine because it is located right in the middle of Fair Oaks Park. Not much have changed here except for wearing masks is no longer require inside the library, but you do have the option to wear a mask with pandemic basically over now but another variant is spreading and many people are vaccinated. Nowadays the library are not as crowded and with some people returning to sit and use the library. Options for curbside pickup of reserve check out items is available for those who are still wary. You can also check out items such as electric guitar, telescope, go pro, and etcetera.

Based on a catalog search, the library has some. That will be your best bet which is to sign in with your library card and search the catalog. They may be online books or hard copy. You can call them and ask.
Do not know I only use the ev charging
Easiest way is on the library website by logging on with your account and provided that the item is not reserved by another person.
