This company was a pleasure to deal with. They cleaned all my area rugs, two room-sized, one medium, three runners, and 6 small rugs. They were careful and prompt with pickup and delivery (the living room rug, a Chinese Oriental, is big and very heavy). They don't just run rugs through machines, but hand-clean too (including a chocolate stain they totally removed). Some companies use products that leave a perfumed or soapy smell -- not this company. They are gentle. All the rugs look excellent. I am so pleased, after trying several other rug cleaners, to have found this company (from Next Door recommendations).

I had them clean my carpets several times. Everytime was fantastic with friendly helpful service...but regrettably I've moved from the service area and can't use the service anymore.

Took my lamb skin rugs to get them cleaned, 1 of the rugs had a spot on it but the Specialists got it out for me that I thought wouldn’t come out! My rugs came back to me better than they looked when I bought them, so fluffy and white! Great job guys!
