Skip it. You'll only leave disappointed. No ice in the machine, no lids, and no paper towels at the self serve beverage station. The fries were hot, my big mac had one sad patty and OVERLOAD of lettuce and 10 pickles where my second party was suppose to be. A bunch of young kids working and making it seem like I was putting them out by asking for ketchup. Go next door to Sonic.

While paying at the first window a manager was in hearing distance using vulgar language and kicking a mop bucket. Second window-took a while for someone to acknowledge I was there. A manager came to the window with a attitude. They were waiting on my cookie to be ready. ?what has to be done? I was told to move to third window to wait on my cookie. I have been in food service a long time. I understand about running out of things. Especially now days. The picture is my burger wrapped in a mess and used a Big Mac bun. The top and middle. Again I understand about running out of things but let the customer know. My burger and fries were cold but I got a warm cookie in a chicken bag. If your going to wait in customers do it the same as if you were having a awesome day. If you don’t like your job there are hundreds of places hiring

I actually enjoyed my 2 sandwiches I got from this location. One of the best I have experienced since I been in Tennessee the last 3 years...... because Chattanooga Mc Donald's has no customer service skills or food standards. For those reasons it has really turned into a (last resort restaurant) for me.

I called to see about getting a bulk order of Happy Meals for our kids. The lady was very RUDE would not help me told me to call back Monday said I could talk with the GM then. I advised her we was not in session next week she the stated oh well
