It was beautiful as you can see, I heard and or saw birds, frogs, crickets, lizards cows and lots of mosquitoes.

Even though there wasn't much water this year we still saw a good variety of wild flowers and I was impressed with improvements to the parking lot and new vault toilet. Be prepared for little to no shade, get a CDFW Lands Pass before arriving, and pack out your trash.

Beautiful place to hike this time of year. Unfortunately, not a lot of water so the falls only trickles but it's still a beautiful piece of land to hike and identify species.

No recommend for water fall and wild flower seekers, since there is no much water in the middle of May! And it is super hot . Nice view though!! It was very rocky trail, so d better wear property shoes π. We were exhausted! I hope I can come back in spring to see the flowers and water falls.

I would not try it but it would fit. Problem is that vehicles we encountered drove very fast and often across white line so no room to maneuver.
The poppies and wild flowers are easy to see, even from your car. The first water fall is easy to get to too. The furthest out water fall is about 2.6 miles, up and down and on some uneven trails with rocks. You should wear hiking shoes if you go past the first waterfall.

They are! For the best bloom, I recommend going on a sunny day just after a rainshower.
Yes they are marked and yes $5 per person. You can pay online and print the passes or take them on your mobile phone.
YES. You can buy a land pass here. https://www.ca.wildlifelicense.com/internetsales
The 3 separate times I have went, I was not charged to park or to hike. The last time I hiked there was April 2018. If you have a California (CDFW) pass you'll be fine. See the web link. https://www.wildlife.ca.gov/Lands/Places-to-Visit/North-Table-Mountain-ER#962588-recreation
Any place you by a fishing or hunting license. I was told Big 5. Or if you have one of those already that will work too.
Table Mountain was formed by a lava flow. Just like water, liquid lava flattens out. Over time, small steams flowed through cracks in the lava forming small valleys.
