First of all This Fantastic Ocean Front Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean from one of the most amazing Cliff side locations has an incorrect star rating. It may have been rated a 3+ stars based on the previous owners disinterest in this one of a kind property. Fortunately, Karen and her Family have come to the rescue to present a true "5 Star" Hotel, (luckily for us, still priced like a 3 star Hotel)! My Wife and I spent our 46th Wedding Anniversary at this wonderful Hotel and we had a Perfect weekend. Most rooms have view Balconies with chairs & tables for taking in the ocean and sunset views while enjoying a bottle of wine or champagne from this Hotel's room service menu and If you're hungry, have them bring something to eat also from their room service menu. All I can say is "Thank You Karen" for great service and a clean and comfortable room and for the travelers looking at this review, go now before the word gets out that there's a 5 Star ocean Front Hotel still priced at a 3 Star rate!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The management was so friendly and accommodating. We brought our pup with us and it was all around an incredible experience. They had great restaurant recommendations in the area that we enjoyed as well. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway

This hotel is on an edge. I have never been here before. The story is, the current office staff bought this business in November. I was told it was handed over to them in bad shape and very dirty. It has much potential, but there is work to do. Check that wood on those steps and decks, signs of rot, hope to go back and see a lot of positive progress. Office staff is very polite they show positive signs of caring. I’ll keep you posted. Sorry no photos.

This review is long overdue, I could not be more grateful for the staff at Wharf Masters Inn. I stayed here when I came down for a business trip by myself in December and I miraculously ended up hurting myself and what I thought was a sprain was actually a fractured ankle. The staff here is built of the most amazing people who actually took care of me! They saw me hobbling around and helped me with ice, when I couldn’t get down the stairs for grabbing the complimentary breakfast snacks they helped me with that too. I could not be more grateful for them, truly such phenomenal staff. Yes, this place has amazing customer service and yes this place has beautiful views and yes this place is very comfortable and relaxing but THE PEOPLE! I have never experienced such kindness and generosity from complete strangers before especially in this day and age. I will for sure come back someday preferably with someone less accident prone so I don’t find myself in that situation again. My fiancé had to drive 4 hours to come get me at the end of that eventful weekend. Book your stay here, 10000% do it. You will not regret it. Thank you Wharf Masters Family, I am so very grateful for your hospitality, kindness and generosity. You’ve made a positive impact on my life.
