Love this place!

I’ll start with I have shopped this location for years and have always been pleased with products and especially service. Today was totally out of the blue. The young woman working the counter was checking a customer out. so I waited for her to finish and instead of addressing me she went to the opposite side of counter to stock. Ok, I’ll give her the benefit and say she didn’t see me but I know she did because I did ask about a product. I walked right over in front of her and waited. Again nothing so I did ask if I could get some help. She told me she was waiting for me to tell her what I wanted- Wow! No customer skills at all! I guess thats what you get these days but I don’t have to give them my business.

I came in with 2 fosters that I just got 15 min prior. They were a mess and apparently needed to go. Linda was so kind & patient and made me feel comfortable though I was a little embarrassed. She walked the store with & helped me pick out the best items for the babies. Even fitted the harnesses though my fur babies were quite smelly. This is the kind of customer service that seems rare these days but is in abundance at Phydeaux. Time & time again they remind me why I am so loyal. Thank you so much Linda!

Top of the line for cat and dog lovers who spare no expense. The air is pungent with the smell of dry dog food. Of course, if your an animal owner...you are right at home. Great place for some knowledgeable assistance on fine practical pet care. There's a full range of pet care items, truly one stop.
