I understand being understaffed. But this place was a joke. I would have much rather walked to the labcorp right next door where there were probably plenty of people working. With a full lobby a woman told everyone . "I'm going to lunch and we are backed up with appointments. Still on 9:30." It is now 11:45. I just got checked in. After messing with their barely working tablet. I had asked for help and someone yelled from the back to be patient. There are multiple seniors here for different reasons and the fact that some have been here WITH APPOINTMENTS for 2 hours. This is unacceptable. The owner of this location should really do something to get this place running smoothly. Not everyone can afford waiting hours for something that should be rather quick.

Front desk lady is so fkn rude and mean and I’m pretty sure racist. She turned mg grama away because her Dr sent wrong lab orders so I take her up the street to her doctor and come back with the right one’s and the rude lady had said to come back and they would take her in and they said sorry come back tomorrow your late. So unprofessional and rude to turn away patients after they said to go back and we were early to the appointment also. I hate quest labcorp is way better.

Unprofessional people, physician is 100% rude and unorganized. Seems like the give out physician license to anyone these days.

The woman behind the counter was extremely rude. She said they didn't take walk ins after 3, but I was there before three. I tried to tell her my situation but she interrupted me and told me to go somewhere else. Absolutely awful.
