One of the worst experiences I've ever had! I can't even say, "You get what you pay for", because their prices were comparable to everyone else's in the industry. Not only did they forget to tell me the granite countertops I ordered were discontinued, but when they told me, it was at the last minute. I went with the product they recommended, but then on the day of the install, they failed to tell me the product they chose was 12" too short. When I questioned them on this, I was told the product did not come in the width I needed. Flash forward to a month after the install. I noticed a large section that was buffed (because of the scratches the installers saw made, while cutting out my cooktop) was showing through. I called them once a week for 5 weeks and received no return calls. FINALLY, I left a voicemail stating I was going to write reviews and explain my experience. I received a phone call within minutes and was asked if the installer can come to my residence and look at the issues. A week later, the installer showed up and looked at the problems. I had the buff spot showing like a black stain on a white shirt and scratches all over my 1 month old dishwasher, from the demo. The installer said he would let the boss know and would be in touch. If I am writing this review, you see how it was handled. It's been nearly 6 months and I have not heard from them, nor have they tried to rectify the problems. I will now be forced to take other routes to get these issues resolved. Poor customer service, poor craftsmanship and empty promises! I DO NOT RECOMMEND HI DESERT TILE & STONE! A very dissatisfied customer!

Huge selection to choose from. Ray helped me out. He's very knowledgeable when it comes to floors of course. Not sure if he himself does the installing, but I already have a contractor. He took time to give us helpful advice. He even showed me from his personal phone a completed project which looked amazing. Extremely friendly. I highly recommend them. Prices aren't too different from other places, but you gotta be willing to spend your money to get what you want.

I bought a beautiful granite counter top from them. When it came time to install, they just through it together didn't even level it. If my cabinet installer had not been there and made then do it again it would have been a mess. As it is there is a large gap between the wall and splash board, the seams were not sealed. The cut edges were not buffed correctly. The splash was cut too long and hangs past the wall. Very unprofessional install. Good products just bad install crew.
