I would never work with the yellowstone club. They do not pay the contractors that build the buildings. They lure you in with dollar signs then don't pay for the work done. I talked with Mike Jarrett about not being paid and he ignored me.

Yes but you need to be a member or a guest of a member to cross the gates.
If the individuals are registered guests of a member they will have access to the club's amenities.

Yellowstone Club is for the 1%. This is where billionaires have vacation homes. Big Sky in general is very expensive. You won't find a single family house under 750k.
