ETA- Your bus pulled out of the Belgrade Flying J in front of traffic causing multiple vehicles to slam on their brakes along with one vehicle swerving into the center median yo avoid a collision with your bus. I didn’t initially leave a review because I was driving and didn’t want to kill people. Maybe your driver was leaving a review for Bair’s… Here’s your complaint.

We took a Yellowstone tour with BSS and it was amazing. Chris was our driver and all I can say is that he is the encyclopedia of Yellowstone. We woke up to snow that morning and some of the park roads were closed, but Chris came up with a plan and made it a great day for us. It was great to have a guide that was enthusiastic about the Yellowstone Park as we were.

Bus was an hour late leaving the airport. No reasons were given and staff was rude and snarky. When I asked what was going on they told me to complain to the Dept of Transportation. Seems like they have extremely poor planning and reservation times are simply suggestions.

Its snowing its butt off, two lane road, oncoming traffic, suburban on opposite side of road loses control comes into our lane, Chris, does not panic goes into other lane dodges this suv which ended up going down the passenger side of the bus in our lane. Chris is a beast. Can not believe that we were not involved in a head on collision, amazing driving, we all got to airport on time and safely. Not to mention, we looked at all of the costs of getting to the resort from the airport, and if we had rented a car we would have spent about $800-1k, which you really do not even need a car at big sky, shuttles work fine. This was $60ish per person each way, we spent half of what we would have on a rental and got to ride in style, nothing like taking a limo shuttle. Picked up right on time both times. If you have any doubt about booking this shuttle, do not. They are extremely friendly, professional and right on time. Highly recommend!
