Went here after a terrible experience with the McDonald’s off of Arkansas and Hwy 360 and the service between the two was like night and day. Extremely helpful and friendly. We drove off without getting our fries and the guy came after us to give them to us. Will be driving the extra few miles to come to this one for better fresher food!

CHECK YOUR ORDER!! They get something wrong EVERY time I go to this location!! Don’t go inside to order, they put drive through in priority above lobby big time. If you do go inside prepare for a 20 to 30 minute wait, even for a soda! Management has gone down hill in this location!! Here’s a photo of my simple double cheese…. They decided I needed a plain McDouble. 🙄 this wasn’t the only sandwich in this order wrong but I caught the other one. Shouldn’t have thought they couldn’t get a double cheese wrong. Do your job better people. On a positive note; at least these people aren’t preforming surgery!

I made a mobile app order for pick up at this location. I waited on the drive thru for nearly 45 minutes to get to the window to be told that I still owed money for the order even though the whole amount was debited from my account. Never received my food nor was I refunded the money. So this location likes to steal and when I call customer service have yet to do anything and the phone number for the location doesn't work.

This is there restroom. When I asked an employee to get me toilet paper she had the nerve to tell me I could use the toilet paper off the floor for my 5 year old to wipe. Brought it up to a managers attention and got ignored. Tried to call and talk to the store manager and the female on the phone said she was the manager told her the issue with the bathroom and she hung up on me. Would not eat here if there bathroom looks like this imagine what the kitchen looks like.
