can people bring thier trailers and stay from month to month?

Yes we welcome retirees! The only requirement we have is your RV must 2007 and newer. Yes we are pet friendly! We allow small dogs and 1 large dog (up to 50 lbs.) We have 2 dog parks, small and large areas for the dogs.

Know if there’s room on the side you can park. Some of the spaces are not large enough to adequately handle vehicle and tall vehicle. They have parking stalls for them. Also have general parking available and another dirt lot for larger vehicles overflow. Some people have trailers towed here and stay and only have their car. And when they get ready to move they have or Hire someone to move their trailer for them.

Thank you for your question regarding pets; dogs. Yes , we do allow dogs, there is a small and large dog park as well. We do not require a deposit, however, we do charge for pets, daily/ weekly/ bi-weekly or monthly pricing available. Please contact the office for pricing.

Confirmed can be done daily weekly or monthly. Also options for 3months,6months or extended stays.

The contract limit is 9 months, however you may renew your contract (for another 9 months), but will be required to change site locations. Should you need additional information, please feel free to contract our office and speak with the Manager. The Manager will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.

Ms. Rhymes, Thank you for your interest in our park concerning the Tiny House. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accommodate your request as we do not have the space required for the Tiny House. We are however planing future expansions in our park which may be possible to allow homes such as yours in our RV park. Please I encourage you to check back with us!
