While training for cross country running in the fall I ended up hurting my achilles. After reading reviews of several physical therapy locations near the Rochester area I decided to attend Physical Therapy Services of Rochester. After working with John Russo for several weeks, I was back on my feet and running with no pain and significantly reduced discomfort. Keep in mind, achilles tendonitis is an injury that, depending on the severity, can take anywhere from six weeks to several months to heal! All of John's prescribed exercises were both methodical and well explained. I never felt that I was doing exercise that served no purpose. Everything was done for reason and is ultimately what helped me recover as fast as I did.

I would like to thank John Russo for working with me in doing fall prevention exercises. I believe they have made a big difference in helping me with my balance issues. He gave me the tools, so now I just have to use them.

I had a great experience with John Russo at Physical Therapy Services of Rochester. They practice the stretching and strength exercises with you and set you up with an app so you can continue this work at home. I appreciate that they are respectful of your time and money and when an appointment is requested there is a purpose and plan for meeting. There truly is no replacement for movement!

I worked with Dr. Russo over a few months and found the whole experience to be pretty functional and smooth. He also worked with my specific problems in a pretty focused way that helped make it functional for my situation.
