I would give a zero if I could. I.just called the first time after 30 something minutes I was finally caller #1 and then to hear were sorry an error has occurred good bye. Then I call back and I'm finally #1 again after 24 minutes and waiting again another 11 minutes and again were sorry an error has occurred good bye. What the hell.
