My dad is having double vision. Went to doctor's office to see Dr. Wong and he said my dad needs to see orbit specialist urgently. The front desk management is very bad. I was even told by front desk lady that she will not answer my any question and she cannot help me at all. I called everywhere for his MRI and to the next doctor he needs to see. There was some problem with the authorization and with referral doctor that was needed to be fixed by Zeiter office but no one did that for complete 1 month. I had to call them every other day. They used to say they'll give me a call back but in this whole month I never received any call from Zeiter eye. Now I have been told to see any other optometrist as they cannot do anything further except wait till the doctor gets time to work on his case. They even refuse to give doctor note to give at work. My dad is a truck driver and cannot drive with double vision. Worst office ever been to.

Ran me out like I stole something, not friendly cold like a frozen pizza. Had the audacity to call me for a follow up

The doctor didn’t even do anything, he did the eye exam in less than 15min and gave me a wrong prescription for my glasses, then I went to a different doctor in Lodi days after and he actually did his job and he gave me the prescription I needed, he also was shocked that they had gave me a wrong prescription
