***Two time customer*** This is my second time using One Stop Collision and i chose them a second time because they did such a great job the first time, that I did not hesitate in contacting Bryan immediately once again. Bryan helped me get the best price possible from his slew of auto connections. Unfortunately, my car is a 2017 and there were no parts available from After market resources so I was forced to deal with the dealership, but I did thank Bryan for trying his best. Bryan was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly...a real good guy as were all the other employees i encountered there. Their prices for work rendered was very reasonable considering the excellent work they do. Andy and Frank the owners are hands on and have your best interest at heart. My car was ready in 5 days due to the dealership sending a part i needed 2 days later, but after receiving it my car was ready in 2 days. Their work is flawless!!! You will not be disappointed with their outstanding work!! One Stop Collision is the Only Stop Collision shop for me!!!

They should have made a supplement but they did not, they sent me to the other place where they treated me worse. Monday is their turn.
What was changed from his car was the condenser, radiator, etc. In his case, the compressor was the problem and was nowhere in the crash area. We want to help you, Windhaven filed for bankruptcy and bought an insurance company called Renaissance Insurance. They are handling all the cases that are due to windhaven policies. We are not to blame for this. We know this can be very frustrating. Actions must be taken immediately before something can be done.
We did the work that the insurance approved for us. We were unable to secure an arrangement that is not approved by you or by insurance.
